VIGR8 began with a conviction: God has designed a specific life for each of us, and walking in that design is what a life fully lived looks like. My own journey has been full. A demanding career. A growing family. A genuine commitment to physical, spiritual, and mental health. But in the middle of all that good activity, I found myself drifting — not failing, just drifting. The pieces were all present. The intentionality was not. I did not need more motivation. I needed a system. Not a system to do more, but a system to steward well what I had already been given. I built VIGR8 because I could not find that system anywhere else. It is a daily operating system built on the conviction that stewardship — not balance, not hustle, not alignment — is the framework God asks of a leader.
