You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, misrepresent its capabilities, or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality are owned by VIGR8 and protected by applicable laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant VIGR8 a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

VIGR8’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

16. TERMS OF USE SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING SECTION

Subscriptions and Billing

VIGR8 is a subscription based service. Access to the app and all features requires an active subscription.

New users may be offered a free trial. The duration of the free trial, if available, will be clearly disclosed within the app at the time of subscription.

After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period.

Subscription options, pricing, and billing frequency are displayed within the app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial, if applicable.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies. VIGR8 does not process refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
